  • User feedback updates

We have collected/received great feedback from our customers over the  past 2 months since the launch of our new website on 14th Nov 2011.

We have been working hard to improve the 2 most important features on our website

    Search

We are continuously monitoring what  our customers are searching for, this gives us great insights into

    a. What restaurants are users searching for – this helps us to figure out potential tie ups with new restaurants that can be added to our network.
    b. What cuisines are users searching and filtering on.
    c. What food items are users searching for.
    d. The number of results that each search query spits out (we keep a careful track on the count 0 = no results)

Another thing we are keeping a close track on is incorrect spellings while searching, which takes users to a no result page frustrating!! We have created our own system “did you mean” feature that helps customers find what they are looking for (a continuous process).

    Menus

Another page we have worked really hard on is our menu pages, since restaurants menus are lengthy and boring to browse online we have divided the entire menu into various sections that make filtering the menu a breeze.

Another important feature we added recently is a better menu search, which make searching for an item in menu very easy. Just search for your item and the menu auto scrolls to the exact position of the item and then click add to cart.
